What is the H2AUTO card?
H2AUTO card is a convenient way to pay for all of the H2AUTO car wash services.
How does one acquire a H2AUTO card?
You can purchase a card at the cash desk of a car wash (minimum purchasing price – 3 EUR). You may also purchase a card at our e-store.
How does one top up the H2AUTO card?
You may top up your card with cash at the cash desk of a car wash (coins, bills) or online on www.h2auto.lt, at the e-store.
What should I do if upon inserting the card I get a "Black list"?
You should purchase a new card and call us at +370 667 00222 or email us at info@h2auto.lt and provide us with the number of the invalid card and the new card. We shall transfer the balance.
What should I do if I topped up my card too much (50 EUR)?

How much does a card cost?
The card is free-of-charge. However, the minimum purchasing price is 3 euros (the card shall be topped up with said amount)
What should I do if I lost my card?
Call us at +370 667 00222, or email us at info@h2auto.lt (indicate the numbers of the lost card and, if you have one, the new card. We shall transfer your balance).

How do I register if, upon entering the card number, I am informed that the card does not exist?
If the card has not been used at a H2AUTO car wash – use it. If the card has been activated, please verify that the card number is correct. If you have registered – sign in to your account and add a new card.

What is the benefit?

How do I take advantage of the H2AUTO services?
You may order all of the H2AUTO services by inserting your card into the console of the washing box or by inserting it directly into one of the interior care devices.
How do I turn on the multifunctional vacuum cleaner?
You may choose a function upon inserting and removing your card (press a button).
How do I turn on the vacuum cleaner?
Upon inserting your card, you shall hear the sound of a turned-on vacuum cleaner. You may use the vacuum cleaner for 3 minutes at a time.
Why does the vacuum cleaner not work?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you have chosen the right nozzle; check whether you have pressed the right button.
Why does the antibacterial freshener not work?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you have chosen the right nozzle; check whether you have pressed the right button on the vacuum cleaner; pull the handle of the gun.
Why does the compressed air not work?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you have chosen the right nozzle; check whether you have pressed the right button on the vacuum cleaner; pull the handle of the gun.
Why can I not purchase cloths?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you have pressed the right button on the machine; check whether there are stuck cloths at the bottom of the machine; check whether the red button, “out of service” is on.
Why can I not refill my window washer fluid?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you have pressed the “START” button; pull the handle of the gun.
Why does "bad credit" appear whenever I insert the card into an accessory?
The balance of the card is insufficient to use the service – top up your card.
Why does the mat cleaning device not work?
Check whether the balance of your card is sufficient; check whether you hear the mat cleaning device turning on as you insert the card.
Why does the water function of the mat cleaning device not work?
Press the pedal of the device, situated at the bottom (this function is not available in wintertime).
The mat cleaning device has sucked in a mat. What should I do?
Check the back side of the device. You will find the mat there.
Why do accessories charge instantly?
All of the H2AUTO accessories are programmed in such way that the credits are deducted right away, before the desired programme is chosen. We strongly recommend to not check the balance of your card at the accessories machine.
Top-up
How do I top up? (Coins and bills)
Insert the card into the cash register of a car wash. Then, insert the coins and bills into the appropriate slots. Once you hear coins falling, check the bottom of the cash register.
How do I top up my card after topping up via the e-store?
Insert your card into the cash register of a car wash and observe the screen – “TOP-UP” shall appear on the screen and your card will be topped up.

 

What should I do if my card does not top up?

Upon inserting coins, check whether they have fallen out to the compartment at the bottom of the cash register. Once you have inserted the inbills, check whether the machine has returned them. Otherwise contact us at +370 667 00222.

 

How do I get a bonus?
Insert the card into the cash register and observe the screen – “TOP-UP” shall appear on the screen and your card shall be topped up.
